Crystal Fibre A/S was established late 1999 on the basis of know-how and
patent applications held by a number of research scientists at Research
Center COM at The Technical
University of Denmark (DTU) and is wholly owned by NKT
Holding.
Today we run a complete fiber fabrication facility placed north of Copenhagen,
Denmark, enabling us to
handle all development, fabrication and characterization in-house, and we
are today the worlds largest supplier of photonic crystal fibers.
